I am an interactive designer and creative technologist originally from China, now residing in New York. I started studying Psychology and Behavioral Science and Industrial Design at Zhejiang University in 2011. During my study at Zhejiang University, I was selected to participate in and received a scholarship from the Singapore University of Technology and Design - Zhejiang University Exchange Program in Singapore (2013) and JASSO at Chiba University in Japan (2014). As an industrial designer, I won Red Dot Award, 3rd Prize in ST Aerospace Seat Design Competition and 2nd Prize in ZJU 4th Industrial Design Competition in 2013. After graduating from Zhejiang University, I moved to New York in 2015. I am currently a graduate student at ITP, Tisch, NYU, while collaborating with choreographers, dancers and musicians developing outside projects. Over the years I found my passion to creative code and interactive installation. I has been working a lot on Kinect, Arduino, UE4, Cinder and Processing to build interactive installations in the last two years, especially mix reality, projection mapping, motion capture.
